BrainSavers is a program that offers participants an engaging and dynamic way to make lifestyle changes. Participants begin the program by logging on and personalizing their account. They then perform a number of simple tests that measure their current level of cognitive functioning. State-of-the-art software analyzes this confidential information and creates a customized program for each user. After this stage, users begin the program and receive on-going feedback, nutritional and physical exercise guidance and support, as well as engage in fun and challenging memory exercises, cognitive games and puzzles.
