BrainSavers involves a daily regimen of lifestyle changes in three areas: Diet and Nutrition, Memory Enhancement, and Physical Fitness.

As a result, BrainSavers has developed FoodForThinking™ —an array of natural food products that are enriched with a blend of naturally occurring antioxidants, vitamins, essential nutrients that are proven to help promote brain health.
- Use it or lose it! Cognitive exercise keeps the mind sharp and memory strong. BrainSavers’ computerized software program offers interactive memory and cognitive training exercises (for those not wishing to use a computer, workbook-based exercises, puzzles and games that are fun and engaging are also available). Members participate either individually or as a group in these exercises just three times a week for 30 minutes a session.
- Modest aerobic exercise not only improves overall health, but also cognitive function. No pain, lots of gain! Requiring just a modest investment of time, participants workout just 3 times a week, 30 – 60 minutes each session.
